情绪曲线 emotional curve 是 thatgamecompany 所提出的一种表示玩家在整体游戏流程中的情绪体验的说法。

以游玩的时间为横轴，以当时的情绪程度（arousal level 0~10）为纵轴，可以得出一条“随着游玩时间不断变化的情绪曲线”，即 情绪曲线 emotional curve。

并且为了更好的区分正负情绪，需要额外加入一条效价曲线（emotional valence, -5~+5）同时反应对应生理唤醒程度的情绪效价。
